Whatley Bible Collection
This collection contains over forty Holy Bibles and other Christian texts as donated by Mr. Charles Whatley. These materials are largely in English, with a few printed in the original tongues of the Protestant and Jewish faiths. The collection also contains 41 individual wooden boxes, complete with topical embellishments. These boxes were handcrafted by Mr. Whatley for the express purpose of storing their respective texts.
Willa Cather Collection
This collection contains pamphlets and materials from The Willa Cather Memorial Prairie in Red Cloud, Nebraska.
William Breitenbach Collection
This collection contains information pertaining to Dr. William Breitenbach’s work with Mexican artists and masks. Items included in this collection are correspondence, photographs, descriptions of Breitenbach’s masks, and other professional papers.

The Women’s History Scrapbook contains clippings from newspapers and magazines covering various points in history concerning women’s rights.
World War I Collection
The World War I Collection (1909-2005; 71 items) consists of materials and ephemera on display relating to Texas and the United States during World War I. The items in the World War I collection include soldier sketches by John W. Thomason, photographs and certificates owned by Walker County residents, United States bonds, recruitment advertisements and souvenir postcards.
World War I Pamphlet Collection
The World War I Pamphlet Collection (1914-1927; three boxes) contains pamphlets relating to World War I. The pamphlets in the collection contain information on the Red Cross, the World Peace Foundation, and military operations during World War I.
World War I Photograph Collection
The collection is composed of small images taken during World War I. The images depict scenes of war. Many show deceased soldiers.
World War II Army and Family Photographs
This collection consists of seventy-one photographs, one certificate of service, and the cover of a photo album.
